Art 365- Silver Valley

In May 2020 I was chosen to be part of Art 365, a prestigious program organized by the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition.  This program included working with a curator for one year and $12,000.  The program culminated in a catalog, workshops, and two exhibitions- one in Oklahoma City and one in Tulsa.  My project, Silver Valley, consisted of a series of paintings that served as a vehicle for hope and healing during the height of the pandemic, which was also a time of tremendous social and political strife.
